At SPIKE, we want your home to be perfect, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all furniture and decor items in their original condition. Whether a rug doesn't fit or a lamp doesn't match, we are here to make the return process as seamless as possible.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

    Prepare the Package

    Carefully repack your items in their original SPIKE packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to avoid restocking fees.

  • 3.
    Attach Shipping Label

    Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your box, covering any previous shipping marks.

  • 4.
    Drop Off and Refund

    Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
